An Italian sweet of two biscuits sandwiched together with either vanilla or chocolate custard and a whole almond in the center. It is dipped in a liquid of your choice, usually liquor or soda and covered in sugar. It is then topped with an edible leaf and placed into paper cups. These are perfect for any occasion.

Traditional Italian Continental Cake with layers of chocollate and vanilla custard in between vanilla sponge soaked in coffee and italian liquor  . Topped with an Italian sweetened whipping cream with either strawberries or glacè cherries. The sides are covered in toasted flaked almonds. Top can be decorated to suit your event, whether it be a birthday, christening or any occasion.

Cake can be made up to serving size of approx. 100 people.
